Transferring a live-chat conversation

If you are unable to resolve a customer’s issue, you can invite agents to join the conversation or to transfer the conversation to another agent or group.

Click the 'Invite Agents' button and select a name or group from the list. You can then click 'Transfer' or 'Invite', depending on what you want.

The agent/group will receive a notification to join the conversation.
