LiveChat settings (agent)

Within the LiveChat app, in the Settings tab you can enable sound notifications for new live-chat requests and for new conversation messages, as well as push notifications from your browser for new requests.

Note: for browser push notifications, you will need to enable the notifications from your browser setting too.
